AROM hip rotation, leg extended, supine (Hip internal/external rotation, legs long in supine; 01)

Lie on your back with the legs straight.
Rotate your leg inwards so the toes point towards the midline.
Next, rotate the leg outwards so the toes point away from midline, just like the wiper on a car. Keep your heel in contact with the floor at all times.
