AROM pronation and supination stretch with flexed fingers - version 2

Sit upright on a stable chair and a table close in front at elbow height.
Place your elbows onto the table and keep your elbows on the table during the exercise
Interlink your fingers, placing your palms together to make a pyramid with your forearms.
Ensure your wrists are as straight as possible
Keeping your palms together, twist your hands so that the back of one hand faces the ceiling, then again so the back of the other hand faces the ceiling.
Do not force your wrists.
