AROM thumb isolated IP joint flexion (Thumb IP joint flexion AROM)

Start in a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up with your wrist straight and fingers relaxed.
Use your opposite hand to support the base and knuckle of your thumb in a straight position.
Bend the tip of your thumb as far as it can go.
