Assisted Diagonal Curl Up

Lay on your back with your head resting on the neck-cushion of the abdominal trainer.
Cross one leg over the other.
Allow the Abdominal trainer to lift your body up towards your knees.
Your arms should exert pressure on the handles in order to push your head and torso forward.
Hold briefly and then return back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
