Assisted elbow flexion/extension in supine
You will require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Lie on your back.
Your assistant should support your elbow and wrist.
Your elbow should be bent and your hand pointing towards the ceiling.
Your assistant will slowly bend and straighten your elbow.
Join in with the movement as much as possible.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
