Assisted fingers flexion/extension in supine - knuckles

You will require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Start in lying.
Your assistant should support your forearm and hand.
Your elbow should be bent and your hand pointing upwards.
Keeping your fingers straight, your assistant will slowly bend and straighten your knuckles.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
