Assisted forearm pronation/supination in supine

You will require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Position yourself in lying.
Your assistant should support your forearm and wrist.
Your elbow should be bent and your hand pointing upwards.
Your assistant will slowly move your forearm, turning it from palm up to palm downwards.
Join in with the movement as much as possible.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
Slowly move back to the start position.
