Assisted shoulder flexion in supine - full range with straight arm
You will require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Start lying on your back.
Your assistant should support your lower arm and upper arm.
Your assistant will slowly move your arm upwards as far as it can go, keeping your elbow straight.
Join in with the movement as much as possible.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
Slowly lower back down to the start position.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
