Back extension over a box

Support your trunk on a soft block and let neck and upper back fold over it. Your knees and lower legs should be supported on the floor. Place your hands behind your head or on your shoulder. Lift your upper body to the neutral position, squeeze your shoulder blades together. In a controlled manner, return to starting position.
