Back Extension with Shoulder Blade Retraction
Lie face down with straight arms above your head, holding an exercise band in both hands.
Activate your trunk and buttocks.
Lift your upper body and arms off the floor.
Keep your chin tucked in and your arms straight.
Pull the band outwards and squeeze your shoulder blades downwards.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Mat, Resistance band
