Back extensions on ball arms crossed (Trunk extension strengthening, arms crossed, prone over stability ball)

Lie on your front with your upper thighs and pelvis on a fitness ball.
If needed, use a partner to hold your feet on the floor.
Keep your arms crossed in front of your chest and move down slowly bending from your trunk and then return back upright until your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles are aligned.
