Ball Bounce Ins and Outs (JEMS)

Start: Start with your feet apart and a ball in your hands. Begin bouncing the ball from hand to hand.
Movement: Continue with only one hand, bouncing the ball with your palm facing towards the opposite foot. On the next bounce, take your arm back across your body and bounce with your palm facing the same side foot.
