Ball lift on a stability ball (Neutral spine stabilization, on stability ball - lifting ball forward)

Sit on a stability ball whilst you hold a football between both hands.
Both feet should be firmly on the floor.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Lift the ball up in front of you, as far as you can without allowing your back to arch or slump away from your neutral posture.
Hold this position before you bring your arms back down.
