Ball rolling (forward/backward)
Sit upright in front of a table, and hold a ball with your affected hand.
Roll the ball forward as far as you can stretching your arm.
Aim to keep your body still during the exercise.
Roll the ball back towards you.
Remember that the palm must be in contact with the ball at all times.
