Ball rolling between hands (advanced) (Coordination, eye-hand, rolling ball between hands (level 2), sitting)
Sit upright in front of a table, and hold a ball in your stronger hand.
Place your stronger hand on the table and your weaker hand on your lap.
Roll the ball toward your weaker hand and try to catch it.
Aim to keep your body still during the exercise.
As this becomes easier, try rolling the ball faster, or moving your hands further apart.
