Ball rolling with partner (Coordination, eye-hand, rolling ball, with partner, sitting)
Sit upright in front of a table with a partner sitting opposite.
Take a ball in your weaker arm and roll it towards your partner.
Ask your partner to roll it back and catch it using your weaker hand.
Aim to keep your body still during the exercise.
As this becomes easier, try rolling the ball faster.
Required equipment: Table, Assistant, Chair, Ball - small
