Ball throw and catch on trampette - sls (Balance, single-leg, tossing ball, on mini-trampoline)
Stand up straight on a trampette holding a ball in your hands.
Move your weight over onto the leg to be exercised.
When you feel you have your balance, raise your other leg from the trampette.
Do not rest your elevated leg against your stance leg.
Throw the ball up into the air and catch it.
Continue this movement, keeping your balance.
Required equipment: Trampoline/trampette, Ball - small
