Band-assisted shoulder flexion in standing

Secure a resistance band high in front of you.
You can tie a knot, place the band over a door with the knot on the other side and close the door.
Stand facing the band with your arm by your side and elbow bent.
With your other hand pull the band so that it tightens and with your exercising hand grasp the band from the middle.
Let the band pull and assist you to lift your arm forwards and up in a controlled manner.
Then pull the band to bring your elbow back towards your side.
