Sit upright with a resistance band anchored securely behind.
Hold each end of the resistance band and bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
Maintain a neutral spine and engage your deep abdominal and shoulder blade muscles throughout this exercise.
Punch your hand forwards against resistance.
Hold briefly and then return to the start position in a controlled manner.
