Barbell lumbar rotation in lunge position

Stand upright with a barbell held across the back of your shoulders.
Step forward on one leg, into a lunge position.
Maintaining this position, rotate through your spine to one side and then to the other.
Repeat for the required number repetitions and then return to the starting position.
