Bench Knee Tucks on a Decline

Lay down on a bench with your legs straight. Grip the end of a decline bench with both hands.

Bend the knees and hips and tuck the legs towards your chest. Raise your bottom a bit from the bench.

Return to the starting position and repeat for the prescribed reps.
