Bent-over dumbbell row on bench

Stand next to a bench.
Place one knee and your same side hand on the bench.
Hold a dumbbell in your other hand with your arm hanging towards the floor.
Bend your elbow and lift the weight upwards to the level of your hips.
Lower your arm back down and repeat.
