Bent-over pendulum with dumbbell
Stand beside a table with one leg forward and lean your hand on the table. Hold a small dumbbell in your other hand and bend over by bending your hips. Let your arm extend straight down, dumbbell pointing to the floor.
Gently swing your arm forwards and backwards.
Keep your neck aligned with your body.
