Bent Over Row with Cable Machine

Start in standing and hold on to a cable machine.

Lean forward and bring your arms and hands together so your palms are facing down whilst holding the cable. Then pull back straightening your body up, whilst rotating your arms so your palms are now facing inwards towards your body holding the cable handles. Allow your elbows to drive back behind you as you pull.

Return to the starting position.
