Bicep stretch using GHjt extension and table (Biceps stretch, hand on table behind, sitting)

Stand or sit up straight with your back to a table or worktop.
Place your affected hand on the surface behind you, palm down.
Your fingers should point directly away from you.
Slide your hand away until your elbow is straight.
Ensure you keep your shoulders and hips facing directly forwards.
Allow your hand to slide even further away if required.
When you feel a stretch down the front of your upper arm, hold this position.
