Bilateral biceps curl on machine

Ensure the machine is set up appropriately, with pads adjusted properly.
Sit facing the handles.
Grasp the handles with both hands.
Keeping your back straight, take the weight with your arms straight.
Maintain a good posture and keeping your elbows still, pull the bar up towards you in a curling motion.
Hold briefly before returning to the starting position in a controlled manner.
