Biceps stretch (assisted) (Biceps stretch, with assist, sitting)
Sit upright in a chair with an assistant sitting to your side.
Ask your assistant to take your arm placing one hand behind your elbow and the other at your wrist.
Keeping your palm facing up ask your assistant to slowly straighten your elbow.
Stretch as far as comfortable but not into pain.
Hold this stretch.
