Bilateral arm raise on a stability ball (Neutral spine stabilization, on stability ball, lifting arms)
Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Lift your arms up in front of you, keeping your arms straight and your thumbs pointing towards the ceiling.
Continue to hold your sitting posture as you bring your arms slowly back down.
