Bilateral hip adductor stretch - version 2
Lie on your back with knees bent, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
From this position open your hips, dropping both knees out to the side and bring the soles of your feet together.
You can use pillows underneath your knees to allow you to relax into the stretch.
You must be lying comfortably and be able to relax.
Required equipment: Pillow, Adjustable plinth/bed
