Bilateral ulnar nerve glide with side bending

Stand and lift both arms out to the sides with your elbows bent.
Turn your palms to face away from you and make a circle between your index finger and thumb.
Bend your elbows, bringing your palms in to the side of your head, fingers pointing down.
Place each circle formed over your eyes like a pair of glasses.
Keeping this position with your arms, lean your body to one side and then to the other.
Repeat the movement, continuing in one fluid motion.
