Bird-dog on a Half Ball

Balance on all fours, knees on a half ball. Hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Spine in neutral position.

Lift one arm and opposite leg. Lift only as high as you can control the position of your trunk. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Note: Don't let your lower back arch or pelvis tilt.
