Book opening thoracic rotation ROM in side lying - version 4
Lie on your back with bent knees and your feet on the mat.
Place your arms by your side, so it is easier for your upper body to lie in place on the mat.
Drop your legs to the right while looking to the left and rotate the trunk.
Hold the position briefly and relax.
Repeat the movement for the opposite side.
