Brachial Plexus, Cervical Rotation Tensioner

Starting position:
Lie on your back, head and arms relaxed but supported.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the neck into rotation away from the affected side. Then return to neutral. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
