Brachial plexus glide 1 (median nerve bias) ('Neurodynamics' Brachial plexus 2 (median nerve bias))
Stand up straight with your arm relaxed by your side looking straight ahead.
Lift your affected arm out to your side and bend your elbow to 90 degrees to that your fingers point to the ceiling.
Keeping your palm facing forwards, straighten your elbow, holding your arm out to the side.
Extend your wrist and reach your arm backwards until you feel a stretch on your nerve.
Ease off from this position and then repeat.
