Stand up straight with your arms relaxed by your side.
Lift your affected hand so that your palm faces the floor and your fingers point ahead.
Keeping your wrist in this position and your elbow straight, lift your arm out to the side until you feel a gentle stretch.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
