Bridge with alternate knee extension
Lie on your back with legs bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Squeeze your buttocks and lift your buttocks off the floor.
Hold the position and straighten one knee.
Lower the foot back on the floor and straighten out the other knee.
Continue to alternate the leg you are lifting.
Do not let the pelvis tilt to either side during the leg lifts.
Required equipment: Pillow, Mat, Adjustable plinth/bed
