Bridging, ball pass ("Bridge" Core/hip stabilization, passing ball around waist)
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Tighten your buttock muscles and lift your hips up off the floor.
Make sure you keep your hips up and level throughout the movement.
Hold this position very still while you pass a ball or toy around your body.
