Ensure the pulley is set to chest height and grasp a handle in each hand.
Sit down with feet flat on the floor, arms outstretched in front of you.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle in towards you along the side of your chest, keeping your arm close to your body.
Your other arm should remain outstretched in front of you.
Return to the start position in a controlled manner and then repeat on the opposite side.
