Cable machine bench supported row

Sit backwards on an incline bench with head and chest supported.
Place the pulley at chest level and grasp a handle in each hand.
Keeping your head and chest against the bench, pull the handles in towards your abdomen, keeping your arms close to your body.
Hold briefly before allowing the weight to return to the start position in a controlled manner.
