Cable machine cross-over fly (underhand grip)

Ensure the handles are at the lowest position and grasp with each hand with palms facing forwards.
Keeping your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing forwards, walk forward and take the strain.
Maintain a good posture and slowly bring your arms upwards until they cross each other in front of your face.
Hold briefly before slowly returning to the starting position.
