Cable machine lateral row

Stand facing the cable machine and ensure the pulley is at elbow height
Grasp one handle in each hand and hold your arms out in front at 90 degrees taking the strain of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull one hand back at shoulder height rotating your trunk as you pull.
Follow the movement with your head.
Return to the start position and then repeat on the other side.
