Cable machine leg extension
Sit on a box or chair facing away from the cable machine.
Place an ankle attachment around one ankle.
Start with your knee slightly over the edge of the box.
Extend and straighten your affected leg, keep the other leg relaxed and to one side.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement and then lower the leg back down in a slow and controlled manner.
