Cable machine pull-down (close grip)

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with a handle attached.
Grasp the handle with both hands with close grip.
Find a comfortable sitting position, facing the cable machine, and take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle down, keeping your arms close to your body.
Finish with your arms parallel to your body and then return the weight to the starting position in a controlled manner.
