Have the pulley at elbow height with a loop attached.
Stand sideways to the cable machine and place the loop around the upper arm of your furthest arm.
Position this elbow against the side of your body, with your forearm crossing in front of your stomach.
Maintain a good posture and move your elbow up towards the ceiling, keeping your elbow bent.
Stop when your upper arm is parallel with the floor.
In a controlled manner, return back to the starting position.
