Cable machine shoulder opposition pull (flexion/extension)

Stand upright facing one cable machine with your back to the other.
Ensure the pulleys are set to hip height with handles attached.
Grasp a handle in each hand using an over hand grip and take control of the weight.
Begin with your hands by your hips.
Allow the arm holding the handle from the machine in front of you to move forward while simultaneously allowing the arm holding the handle from the machine behind you to move backwards.
Hold briefly and then pull against resistance to return to the starting position.
Keep your arms straight throughout.
