Cable machine single arm bicep curl ("Biceps curl" Elbow flexion strengthening, with cable handle (low))
Ensure the pulley is at its lowest point with a handle attached.
Stand facing toward the cable machine and bend down and grasp the handle with one hand.
Keep your back straight and stand up, taking the weight with a straight arm.
Maintain a good posture and keep your elbow tucked into your side then pull the handle up upwards in a curl motion.
Pause for a second before you allow the weight to return to the start position.
