Cable machine single arm front deltoid raise (Shoulder flexion strengthening, with cable handle (low), standing)

Place the pulley at the lower position with a handle attached.
Stand straight facing away from the cable machine and hold the handle with one hand.
Maintain a good posture and raise your arm forwards until it is parallel to the floor and in line with your shoulder.
Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
