Cable machine squat and row ("Row with squat" Upper/lower body strengthening, with cable (mid), (bilateral))

Ensure the pulley is at elbow height and stand facing the cable machine.
Grasp the handle with both hands and hold your arms out in front at 90 degrees taking the strain of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the weight in towards your body while simultaneously squatting.
Try to maintain a 90 degree angle with your elbows.
Slowly allow the weight to return back to the starting position.
