Cable machine tricep pull down kneeling ("Triceps pull down" Elbow extension strengthening, with cable bar (high), kneeling)
Ensure the pulley is at its highest point.
Grasp the straight bar with both hands and keep both elbows bent.
Take the strain of the weight and pull the bar down until your forearms are parallel with the ground.
Maintaining good posture, push the bar downwards until your arms are straight.
Pause for a second before you allow the weight to return to the start position.
