Calf stretching in sitting (against wall)
Sit on the ground facing a wall.
The distance between your hip and wall needs to be your leg length.
Place your feet flat on the wall.
Bend your knees and move a little bit closer to the wall.
Straight your knees and feel the stretch in the back of your thigh and calf.
Hold the position and relax.
